The goods are sent in China and we will choose the corresponding logistics channel to send the goods according to your country (EMS/DHL/UPS/Other), usually 80% of the shipping time will be within 7-15 days. In case of holidays or weather conditions there may be a delay of 1 - 2 weeks (Christmas, Black Friday, weather disasters). When the goods are dispatched we will provide you with the corresponding logistics number and you can check the tracking information in real time at www.17track.com or on our website.

We offer 100% free logistic transport in countries where we are able to determine the transport (taxes are not part of the logistic costs)

It is the responsibility of every citizen to pay taxes in accordance with the law and it is important to note that there is a certain chance that the buyer will be responsible for paying the customs duties, taxes and clearance fees incurred. If you need to pay customs duties please contact me and we will cooperate with you to provide the corresponding information.

The vast majority of items will be dispatched within 48 hours. Some items with complex processes may take more time, if it is a complex process we will mark on the page that it will take additional time, usually 3-7 days.

Why didn't I receive an order confirmation message after I paid? Once you have placed an order with us we will send a confirmation email to your email address. If you do not receive it, it may go into your spam folder, please check.

Order processing time + shipping time. It usually takes around 7-20 days, the majority of buyers receive their parcel within 7-15 days.

We offer a customisation service for accessories (Tsuba/Saya/Rope), materials and colours, if you prefer a different combination of items please contact us for a large selection of accessories. We offer a free laser engraving service, if you just need to engrave text you can leave a message on your order, if you need to engrave a complex design you can contact me via message. Please note that this will add additional production time.

We can also customise some items for buyers through pictures, movies, anime and personalisation.
